Stem Dts is seeking a Metrology and Dimensional Inspection Technician to perform quality assurance checks on manufactured parts from incoming to final verification. You will inspect and sort materials for re-processing or scrap, document defects for corrective actions, and calibrate gauges to ensure measurement integrity, in collaboration with the quality team on claims.

You will also assist in internal audits and work with stainless steel materials where available, applying meticulous attention

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience on production floor or a similar environment.
• Familiarity with stainless steel materials (preferred).
• Understanding of gage calibration systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality assurance checks and inspections on manufactured parts from incoming through final verification.
• Inspect and sort materials, identifying items suitable for re-processing versus scrap.
• Review and document defective material to support corrective actions.
• Carry out calibrations and conduct visual quality assessments to maintain measurement integrity.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team on customer and supplier claims.
• Assist with internal and external quality audits.
