Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience.
• Ability to use basic precision measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer).
• Confidence reading and following written procedures.
• Reliable attendance and careful attention to detail.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment by following step-by-step work instructions.
• Read work orders, pick the correct materials, and prepare setups.
• Load/unload materials; use forklifts and overhead cranes (we can train you).
• Perform quality checks during and after runs; verify measurements with a tape measure and micrometer.
• Document production details and part counts accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all safety practices.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when required.
