Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with CNC tooling and programming concepts.
• Ability to read blueprints and part specifications.

Responsibilities

• Loading raw parts into the manufacturing cell.
• Maintain scrap bins, chip hoppers.
• Fill coolants and machine lubes.
• Sweep, mop, clean machines.
• Run CMM programs.
• Run production parts.
• Inspect parts with operator instructions and measure as specified.
• Chart dimensional data and calculate process capability.
• Complete online production and downtime reporting.
• Adjust machine processes or change tools based on trends.
• Perform titrations and concentration adjustments for process fluids.
• Machine maintenance as per operator instructions.
• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Shifts: 2nd 3pm-11pm or 3rd 11p-7a.
