Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 months hands-on experience in a manufacturing or metal finishing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with manual and power tools for material removal and surface refining is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise deburring and finishing techniques to enhance metal components.
• Operate finishing tools, including sanders and grinders, to remove surface irregularities and sharp edges.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production travelers for accurate part processing.
• Conduct visual and tactile inspections to ensure parts meet quality specs.
• Identify and troubleshoot finishing challenges to maintain production flow.
• Prepare, wash, and stage components to keep the line moving efficiently.
• Document production data and follow internal QMS protocols.
