Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Fabricator – Machine Operator to set up and operate fabrication equipment in Harlan, Iowa, producing metal components per blueprints and work orders. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and accurate production records.

Responsibilities include reading part drawings, using calipers and micrometers, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and procedural guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including dimensions, quantities, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, diligence, and time management skills.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rules, squares, angle gages, and height gages.
• Practice the highest degree of safety when performing essential duties of the position.
• Read and interpret parts drawings, process routings, and production requirement information.
