Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. is seeking a Fabricator in Tolleson, AZ to operate and set up metal forming and cutting equipment. You will handle sheet metal parts, inspect finished products, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining safety and production goals.

Responsibilities include using bar code scanners, reading QC measurements, and documenting inspections. A High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience are required; overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years related fabrication experience.
• Basic PC skills; ability to read and interpret quality measurements.
• Strong safety and teamwork ethic.

Responsibilities

• Setup stamping and fabrication equipment.
• Meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance.
• Operate barcode scanners and machine controls.
• Prepare products for shipment and stack onto conveyors.
• Inspect and measure quality using tape measures, micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Attend shift on time and work overtime as required.
• Cut and fabricate sheet metal parts and assemblies.
• Document quality inspections in the data system.
• Operate presses, brakes, and bending machines.
• Verify tolerances and dimensions per QC manual.
