Qualifikationen

• Ph.D., M.D., or MS with 4–7 years of cross-disciplinary pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strategic understanding of biomarker technologies applied to translational or clinical research.

Aufgaben

• Lead focused assay development and implementation for clinical trials.
• Coordinate data analysis with computational scientists integrating multi-omic data.
• Interpret results and communicate impact to guide clinical development strategy.
• Enable target identification, indication selection, early biomarker activity, and patient stratification.
• Partner across Research, Clinical Development, Clinical Pharmacology, Diagnostics, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations.
• Manage internal and external research collaborations for translational assay development.
• Contribute to technical reports, study memos, clinical study reports, and publications.
