  • Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for research, clinical decision support, and precision medicine applications
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare and genomic data for accuracy, scientific soundness, and clinical relevance
  • Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
  • Apply domain expertise to improve how AI models reason about personalized medicine, biomarker analysis, and clinical data
Who You Are
  • Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
  • Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
  • Able to work cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
  • Sharp analytical thinker with a meticulous eye for data quality and scientific accuracy
  • Self-directed and reliable — comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous setting
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, genomic databases, or clinical trial data structures
  • Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or translational research
  • Experience communicating technical findings to non-specialist audiences
Why Join Us
  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research labs
