Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to bridge genomic, biomarker, and clinical data for AI training in healthcare.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10-40 hours per week and collaborates with world-leading AI research teams to turn complex data into actionable insights for precision medicine.

What You'll Do

Who You Are
  • Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
  • Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful clinical or scientific insights
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments that include clinical, research, and engineering teams
  • Able to operate independently and deliver high-quality work in regulated or highly technical settings
  • Sharp communicator who can make complex data concepts accessible to diverse audiences
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with LLM training workflows or AI model development pipelines
  • Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
  • Experience working with EHR systems, genomic databases, or biobank datasets
