Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare data. You bring hands-on experience with EHRs, clinical workflows, and health data to shape how AI reasons about healthcare.

This remote hourly contract offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) and the chance to work with leading research teams on cutting-edge AI projects that impact patient care. You will annotate data and ensure alignment with HL7/FHIR standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills across data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to assess clinical and operational data for accuracy and relevance.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses and outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical informatics.
• Identify errors, inaccuracies, or gaps in AI reasoning around clinical and operational health information.
• Analyze and annotate healthcare datasets to improve AI accuracy and reliability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback on data quality, clinical logic, and workflow relevance.
• Review AI outputs for alignment with real-world health informatics standards and best practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
