The Diamond Knife Technician at STERIS in Wilmington, DE, will repair, restore, and test precision diamond knives used in ophthalmic and surgical applications. You will work under magnification, using small hand tools, microscopes, and test equipment, while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

No prior medical device experience is required; STERIS provides structured training and opportunities for career progression through multiple technician levels.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude and hand-eye coordination are required.
• Must be able to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays.
• 2+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience, or 1 year of experience at STERIS.
• Ability to read and follow manuals, work instructions, job standards, and related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain a customer-oriented approach in all tasks and interactions.
• Ability to use basic computer skills to input data, navigate systems, and complete documentation.

Responsabilidades
