Job summary

Machine Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical assembler to build final products and subassemblies with precision following quality systems and documented procedures.

You will use soldering tools, test equipment, and meters, performing inspections and maintaining records. Strong reading comprehension and English fluency are required, with basic computer skills for documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of Assembler Training period or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Familiar with assembly line work and quality system.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Electro-Mechanical assembly of final product and subassemblies within the guidelines of the quality system and other department policies.
• Correctly use multiple types of hand tools, soldering and test equipment to perform this assembly and related testing, as per documentation and workmanship standards.
• Complete records-paper and electronic that report completion of tasks and work orders (routing forms), identify nonconforming material, verify results of test or inspections, etc.
• May be required to support and troubleshoot discrepant material and interact with other departments to diagnose root cause of problems/Non-conformance.
• Other duties may be assigned.
