Job summary

Adecco Colombia S.A. is recruiting for a Medical Device Assembler in Southington, CT. This role involves hand assembly, visual inspections, and accurate labeling of medical devices within a clean, detail-oriented environment.

Earn $18.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM). Weekly pay, onboarding support, and access to upskilling courses are provided to help you grow in a quality-focused medical device setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination for small parts assembly.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior assembly/production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand assembly of small components using tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections using magnification to ensure product quality and identify defects.
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished medical devices accurately.
• Complete production records and work order documentation while maintaining a clean work area.
