Job summary

Operator I/Medical Assembler in Plymouth, MN on 1st shift (5am-3:30pm, Mon-Thu) with overtime. Join a leading medical device manufacturer in a cleanroom environment to assemble, test, and repair pacemakers and related components using a microscope.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components.
• Use microscope on a daily basis.
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements.
