Qualifications

• 4+ months of medical assembly or small-parts manufacturing experience
• Microscope experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
• Ability to perform repetitive precision work

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small medical components
• Work under microscopes and with specialized tools
• Perform coil winding, laser welding, molding, and finishing tasks
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Rotate between production departments
