Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent qualification.
• Experience setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with assembly processes, testing activities, or mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components by following drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Perform functional testing on assemblies to ensure quality and performance.
• Test assembled equipment to verify readiness for customer applications.
• Operate testing equipment following specs and procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain assembly tools to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare completed assemblies for shipment and safe delivery.
• Paint completed equipment according to manufacturing requirements.
• Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to resolve issues.
