Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Aptitude for mechanical functions.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Certification in industrial/mechanical disciplines is advantageous.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate end-line machinery and perform repairs/adjustments as needed.
• Use CMMS to execute preventive maintenance diligently.
• Document safety, quality, and productivity goals and results.
• Champion quality and operational protocols to protect partner brands.
• Guide peers in problem solving and communication through TPS.
