Formación

• Read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings and requirements.
• Knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and shop math basics.
• Operate basic measuring devices: micrometers, gauges, calipers.
• Familiar with AS9102 First Article Process and documenting results.
• Demonstrate training skills and peer coaching ability.
• The role requires 2 years of experience or equivalent education.
• Must be dependable, professional, with good time management.
• Willingness to support overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical inspections on parts and assemblies using CMMs and gauges.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T checks to verify specs.
• Document results, discrepancies, and corrective actions clearly.
• Support training of new personnel and audits.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and use PPE properly.
