Job summary

Intermountain Electronics (IE) is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician for the Day Shift at our Denver facility. You will install cable trays, buss bars, and electrical components on electrical equipment such as E-houses and metering skids.

The role requires reading wiring schematics, using hand tools, and assembling structural frames and panels. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with safety and quality standards integral to daily work. IE offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read basic wiring schematics and layout diagrams.
• Experience using various hand tools and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install cable trays, bend and install buss bar, and assemble electrical components on equipment.
• Assemble frame components, doors, siding, and panels on modular building systems.
• Follow quality procedures to ensure mechanical integrity of units and diagnose basic malfunctions.
