Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in high-complexity mechanical assembly.
• Experience in ISO/AS9102-certified or aerospace/defense manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, quality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of parts using manual and electrical equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Assemble enclosures, chassis, and box builds per drawings.
• Install specialized components with calibrated tools following process controls.
• Ensure alignment using measuring tools and inspection methods.
• Record build documents and traveler paperwork; follow safety policies and 5S.
