Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in mechanical assembly, preferably involving valves, actuators, and tube bending.
• Must be able to read engineering drawings and follow specifications.
• Proficient with forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and assembly/testing equipment.
• Experience bending tubing to tight tolerances.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support others.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately using assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Conduct functional and pressure tests on finished assemblies.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing and assembly equipment according to specs.
• Perform tube bending with specialized equipment to meet precise measurements.
• Work with valves, actuators, and related components during assembly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain production flow.
• Support coworkers, share knowledge, and lead tasks when needed.
