Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Polish, roll stamp and deburr bodies.
• Prep bodies for assembly including cleaning ID of body and burr removal.
• Straighten internal leaves/lugs, splitting and finishing ends.
• Prepare journals for assembly, install connector and valve.
• Verify correct parts from material list and pre-pack areas.
• Drill and tap side valve and set screws per prints.
• Assemble shafts, install bearing parts and drive ends.
• Assemble bearing housings and hand stamp as required.
• Perform final inspection for dimensions, function, quality and appearance.
• Fill inspection reports and quality audit documents.
• Inform supervision of non-conformities; install serial number tags.
• Disassemble and inspect repair products; perform repairs per Sales Order.
• Move completed products to holding area with paperwork.
• Maintain clean work area; report equipment defects.
• Maintain and record time sheets; wear required safety gear.
• Assist other areas as needed; work safely according to policies.
