Job summary

Next Level Staffing is seeking a skilled assembler to build seats for a specific product group from drawings and job orders. You will use assembly fixtures and power bench tools to fit and align components, inspect final assemblies, and verify configurations according to specifications.

In this role, you will follow instructions from senior builders, maintain a clean work area, ensure safety procedures, and contribute ideas to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong spatial reasoning skills.
• Able to count accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Able to recognize types of fasteners used in assembly.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Part number identification.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from more senior builders using drawings and job order documentation to assemble and verify correct product configuration.
• Packaging product per specifications.
• Perform a variety of assembly operations.
• Confirm that all safety procedures and practices are followed.
• Suggest process method improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
