Job summary

Ralliant is hiring a full-time Mechanical Assembler in Hollister, CA. You will work in explosive handling areas, performing inert assembly operations and setting up equipment under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and adherence to certification requirements.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and US citizenship. On-the-job training is provided, with overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• US Citizen.
• Ability to understand and speak English, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and press inert & energetic materials.
• Set up and use analytical balance.
• Perform inert assembly operations and install sub-assemblies.
• Minor cabling, potting, tinning and assembly work.
• Set up and use powder press for pressing operations.
• May have basic soldering experience.
• Operate under close supervision with detailed instruction.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety in explosive handling areas.
