Job summary

ProMach is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician in New Jersey to assemble complex mechanical units and wire small electrical controls. You will read engineering prints, plan procedures, and ensure precise alignment, timing, and calibration to meet stringent specs.

You will test machines to verify performance before shipment and assist with in-plant acceptance tests, reporting findings. A strong focus on safety and workmanship is required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering prints/specifications and instructions to assemble machines.
• Ability to build and wire small electrical controls and motors.
• Use various precision measuring and gauging instruments to verify conformance.
• Strictly follow safety requirements for tool operation and assembly.
