Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED or technical education
• Ability to obtain/maintain ATF access
• Willingness to grow skills in assembly and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools.
• Read and operate per instructions, work orders, and drawings with guidance from manufacturing engineering.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality engineering teams.
• Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and handle hazardous materials per safety rules.
