Qualifications

• Assembly in a manufacturing environment or transferrable mechanical experience.
• Ability to use hand tools & wire crimpers.
• Ability to handle intricate parts.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interpret instructions such as work orders, diagrams, wire lists and verbal directions to determine materials needed in sequencing assembly of given product.
• Fabrication and installation of flexibar as required.
• Installation of larger power wires; inclusive of retrieving, crimp lugging and heat sleeve shrinking.
• Inspection of parts, materials and assemblies to comply with company quality standards.
• Properly communicating/documenting with supervision as required in the position.
• Become familiar with interpreting 3-D solid model viewers.
