Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical schooling a plus.
• 1–3 years in industrial/manufacturing assembly preferred.
• Able to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Proficient with power tools, torque equipment, hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble enclosures, brackets, frames and panels to exact specifications.
• Interpret bills of materials, work instructions and blueprints.
• Operate assembly equipment, power tools and measuring instruments safely.
• Mount hinges, rails, hardware and supports in assemblies.
• Ensure correct dimensions using measuring tools and quality checks.
• Prepare materials and sub-assemblies to optimize production layout.
• Assist with rework and troubleshooting to meet engineering requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and comply with safety protocols.
