Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Experience with hand tools and machine tools (drill press, band saw, grinder).
  • Good oral and written communication; works well in a team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is a plus.

  • Reads and follows blueprints, shop orders, and specifications to build parts and equipment.
  • Measures parts accurately using scales, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Operate overhead crane and rigging procedures.

  • Maintains a clean work area.
