Job summary

Provisur builds precision-engineered food processing equipment used by manufacturers worldwide, including defrosting, grinding, mixing, separating, forming, and slicing systems. Our Mechanical Assemblers build, test, and troubleshoot these machines from assembly prints and technical schematics before they ship.

This role is built for someone with 2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience and the ability to read hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
• Hands-on experience with torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and Loctite.
• Machine shop or electrical schematic experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Provisur/Formax machines and peripheral equipment from assembly prints and schematics.
• Test and troubleshoot completed units against performance specifications.
• Complete assembly checklists and conduct final inspections.
• Submit equipment improvement observations to Engineering.
