Job summary

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a cold environment, and strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs and safety protocols while contributing to a team focused on quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow batch recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with Vista Trac inventory system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct processing tasks to produce raw meat products per batch specifications.
• Maintain QA standards and comply with USDA regulations.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs and safety protocols on the production floor.
• Operate and adjust equipment, load ingredients, and ensure proper labeling and traceability.
