Job summary

VSE Aviation, Inc. in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd Shift to support inbound receipt, stock control, and safe, accurate handling of aerospace parts.

You will join a high-volume team handling palletized parts, using MHE, PIV, and SAP processes with an emphasis on accuracy and safety. Key duties include verifying receipts against packing lists, matching freight manifests, routing parts to the storeroom, and assisting with SAP goods receipts and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• US work authorization.
• Two years of warehouse/logistics experience (preferred).
• Inventory management experience (preferred).
• ERP system experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks.
• Verify all receipts against packing slips.
• Cross-check boxes against freight manifest for damage.
• Report discrepancies to the carrier and QC team.
• Unpack parts and ensure proper receipt into SAP.
• Route parts and airworthiness certs to storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with Storeroom and Service Center.
• Escalate problem parts to Materials Supervisor for disposition.
• Perform Goods Receipt MB01 and reversal MB01 in SAP.
• Monitor fueling to prevent spills and ensure safety.
