Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Trimmer to trim excess rubber from mat borders and inspect mats for quality and compliance with customer specs. The role involves using trimming equipment, verifying widths with a border gauge, and logging rejects.

Responsibilities include following special instructions, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and communicating issues promptly. The position is on the 2nd shift on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Good dexterity and manual precision.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Trim mat borders using the trimming machine.
• Check shop order for special instructions and mat type (flat or rolled).
• Record all rejected and scrap mats in the log.
• Keep the work area neat, clean and safe; operate in a safe manner.
• Report product issues to the line CEO promptly.
