Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform masking and demasking operations on parts, assemblies, and components per procedures.
• Prepare surfaces for masking to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces during manufacturing.
• Remove masking materials without damaging surfaces or finished product.
• Inspect parts before, during, and after masking to verify conformance to standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and drawings as required.
• Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment to complete tasks.
• Maintain production, inspection, and process records in accordance with company requirements.
• Support production schedules and communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
