Qualifications

• Interpret complex drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Accurate measurement using tape/micrometers/calipers.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Pre-treat metal components and cabinets by washing, drying, scuffing surface, cleaning and conducting adhesion testing for paint adhesion.
• Apply masking tapes, films, templates, and plugs to achieve customer requirements.
• Interpret drawings and specifications while working independently to meet order requirements.
• Measure with tape, micrometers, and calipers.
• Identify non-conformances during inspection and document them.
• Notify supervisor if work does not meet specifications.
• Record accurate job labor using electronic tracking.
• Maintain clean equipment/tools and work area.
• Attend Crane/Hoist training (internal certification).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
