Job summary

Gauthier Biomedical Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator to perform a range of manufacturing steps and assist multiple departments to ensure the final product meets quality and production specifications.

You will work with various equipment, perform in-process verification, laser marking, polishing, cleaning, packing, and basic maintenance, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related production experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment to produce components per specifications.
• Perform deflashing, cleaning and assembly to meet production standards.
• Verify form/fit/function of components during in-process checks; laser mark as required.
• Polish metal parts with sanding belt and polishing wheels; apply silicone ink via pad printing.
• Bead blast, grit blast, and heat-treat parts as needed; perform final cleaning and packaging.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment and use precision measuring tools.
• Maintain professional communication with staff, vendors, customers and regulatory agencies.
• Comply with company policies, safety rules and attendance requirements.
