Bullen Ultrasonics is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design and optimize processes for precision components using advanced machining technologies. You will lead method improvements, develop fixtures, and apply SPC to ensure quality and efficiency across global operations.

The role involves data-driven problem solving, collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams, and hands-on development on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specs, and docs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing methods to improve efficiency, quality, yield, throughput, and cost.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes for precision components.
• Create processes from customer drawings and specifications.
• Design fixtures and tooling using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Conduct process studies and root-cause investigations to reduce waste.
• Establish process controls using SPC and related tools.
• Utilize metrology to verify dimensional requirements globally and locally.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable findings.
• Lead projects and present results to leadership; collaborate cross-functionally.
