NEXXTA, a U.S.-based manufacturing partner, seeks a Machine Operator to operate assembly equipment, read orders, position inserts, and inspect parts to ensure conformance to standards. The role emphasizes quality, process adherence, and safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2–4 years in manufacturing, with basic math and attention to detail. Training new staff and supporting Kaizen/5S initiatives are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 2–4 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
• Knowledge of machines and tools; familiarity with a range of shop tools.
• Basic mathematics.

Responsabilités

• Operate machines or assembly equipment to make parts or products.
• Read work orders, work instructions, formulas, or processing charts.
• Position and secure inserts, hand loads and work pieces on machines.
• Remove finished products from machines, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment.
• Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects using precision instruments.
• Final packaging of products for shipment.
• Training new employees on proper procedures.
