Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with AS9100/ISO9001 and MIL/IPC specs a plus.
• Able to read and interpret dimensional drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Detail oriented with strong ownership and teamwork.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work across multiple manufacturing areas.
• US citizen or permanent resident per ITAR policy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate and troubleshoot machines across Dice, Laser, and UltraVia areas.
• Operate all equipment safely.
• Read and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Inspect substrates for quantity and quality before processing.
• Perform microscope inspection up to 2-3 hours daily.
• Identify out-of-spec product and escalate as needed.
• Load and unload substrates in all machines.
• Verify programs for each work order before processing.
• Adjust machinery within process windows to ensure quality.
• Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts before proceeding.
• Maintain focus on high-quality production to meet yield and on-time delivery.
• Document production activities in ERP and quality databases.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
