Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Hollis, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for Photolithography, Etch & Plating to support daily production of high-reliability thin-film products.

You will review drawings and work instructions, prepare chemicals, operate wet-processing equipment, and document results. Responsibilities include ensuring process readiness, performing measurements, and moving between work centers as production needs shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or college coursework preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Experience in thin-film, semiconductor, electronics, plating, or chemical processing is a plus.
• Comfortable working with process chemicals and wearing required PPE.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, routings, specifications, and written procedures.
• Ability to handle small, fragile substrates without causing damage or contamination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive work.
• Good visual acuity and ability to perform detailed microscope work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate production records.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to move between work centers based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform photolithography, etching, and electroless plating operations per procedures.
• Cross-train and maintain qualification across multiple processes.
• Review drawings, routings, specifications, and work instructions before processing.
• Verify equipment, tooling, chemistry, and process conditions are ready for use.
• Prepare process chemicals and perform chemical changeovers with PPE.
• Inspect substrates and perform microscope-based touch-up and measurements.
