You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot multiple machines, read drawings, inspect substrates, and document production activities to support on-time delivery and product quality. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some college, and prior manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and MIL/IPC specifications preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret dimensional drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated with ownership and a team attitude.
• Critical thinking and using inputs/outputs to achieve results.
• Ability to work across multiple manufacturing areas and adapt to varying processes and equipment.
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident per ITAR policy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and troubleshoot dice, laser, and UltraVia machines.
• Operate all equipment safely and read work instructions precisely.
• Inspect substrates for quantity and quality prior to processing.
• Perform visual microscope inspections as required.
• Identify out-of-spec product and place on hold.
• Load and unload substrates from machines.
• Select and verify correct programs for each order.
• Adjust machinery within process windows to ensure quality.
• Perform 100% visual inspections before moving to next operation.
• Document production activities in ERP and quality databases.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
