You will follow safety standards and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing or assembly experience, basic math and computer skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly line is a plus.
• Must read specifications, blueprints, and prints; perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge are expected.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprint drawings to build product to specifications.
• Use measuring devices to verify process conformance.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals for the area.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and perform quality checks.
• Complete production paperwork and ITS data entries as required.
• Assist with soldering and light tooling adjustments as needed.
• Perform buddy checks and coordinate with supervisors and engineers.
