Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Production Line Operator to safely run and monitor our production line equipment used for insulated metal panels.

You will perform start-up and shut-down procedures, operate machinery, complete reports, and maintain a clean work area while adapting to shifting priorities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing experience, basic math, Excel ability, and the stamina to work up to 12-hour shifts,

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have two years of machine or production operator experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mathematical skills, ability to accurately use a tape measure, proficient in metric system.
• High attention to detail and ability to work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends as needed.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical movements.
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment with noise, dust, and temperature extremes.
• Ability to use a computer and basic MS Excel proficiency.
• Prior forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for the assigned line area.
• Complete reports and answer inquiries as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production line area.
• Multitask with changing priorities and deadlines as directed by Supervisor.
• Use industrial equipment, tools, and machinery as required.
• Perform changeovers quickly, efficiently, and safely.
• Assist with scrap breakdown as directed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
