You will partner with operations, maintenance, safety, and engineering to lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, reduce defects and scrap, and drive data-based decisions to meet current and future customer demand. This hands-on role suits engineers who collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
  • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations for CT detector PACK lines, including defect resolution and yield improvement.
  • Drive process capability growth to meet future demand and standardize processes.
  • Lead early defect detection by managing critical process inputs to ensure stable outputs.
  • Plan and execute DOE to develop and optimize process parameters.
  • Coordinate fabrication of parts and support equipment commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, safety, and engineering to implement CAPAs, and support OEE tracking and 5S.
