Job summary

GE HealthCare in Milwaukee is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the processing of scintillator materials used in CT detector manufacturing, including furnace operations, product formation and densification, data collection, sampling, and analytical testing.

You will troubleshoot processes, ensure EHS compliance, and collaborate with engineering to drive continuous improvement while meeting daily production targets in a safe, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent or higher with technical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic written technical information.
• Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate calcine furnace, disk mill, and compactor to produce CT subassembly materials.
• Maintain EHS standards, PPE usage, and clean work areas.
• Follow Quality Management System to deliver defect-free material and proper recordkeeping.
• Monitor daily output to meet production delivery targets.
• Support cost-efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot processes.
