Acero Precision in West Chester, PA seeks a Manufacturing Assistant to support finishing operations, assembly, and inspection on the production floor. The role requires strong hand-eye coordination, meticulous attention to detail, and a mechanical aptitude to file, deburr, and package parts with quality in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or prior experience in manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to detail and error-free performance.
• Mechanical aptitude for manufacturing floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity during finishing operations such as filing, deburring, abrasive-blasting, parts cleaning, handling and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workbench, tools, accessories and surrounding areas.
• Operate as a problem solver and find solutions quickly and easily.
• Ensure parts are inspected, deburred, properly tagged and moved to the next operation.
