Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes; use a horizontal boring mill
• Lay out work and produce quality parts from drawings and sketches
• Decipher sketches, blueprints, and engineering details
• Support setup methods, operations sequencing, and material application
• Process parts from raw materials to finished products
• Maintain production records and job history
• Inspect parts and perform tool maintenance; keep work area clean
