Job summary

Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is seeking a skilled manual Machinist to work without supervision and produce precision metal components. Responsibilities include setup and operation of a manual lathe, as well as milling and broaching as specified by work orders and drawings.

The role requires 2–5 years of manual machining experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. You will work in a team environment with opportunities to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in manual machining.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ability to indicate vises and work pieces.

Responsibilities

• Set up & run a job order on a manual lathe without supervision.
• Read drawings and blueprints to determine operations.
• Operate milling machine accessories and perform various milling operations.
• Coordinate and oversee complex machining operations.
