Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and grinders to fabricate parts.
• Measure and inspect finished parts with precision instruments to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain machine performance and prevent downtime through adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate production records.
