Job summary

Tools Inc., located in Sussex, Wisconsin, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain CNCs, stamping presses, 5-axis lasers, and related equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair machinery while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, the ability to read schematics and OEM manuals, and willingness to work overtime as required. This is a full-time, on-site role at our main facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and OEM manuals.
• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks and working overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance with proper record keeping.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions and operating difficulties.
• Support safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Operate tools and fabrication equipment; assist with electrical and mechanical repairs.
